    The Holland Patent Golden Knights kept their record perfect within Division I of the Center State Conference and snapped Ilion’s three-game winning streak Tuesday with a 56-44 win over the Golden Bombers.
    Holland Patent (13-2, 7-0 CSC-I), ranked 21st in the state in Class B, jumped ahead 14-4 in the first quarter and forced Ilion (6-8, 1-5 CSC-I) to play catch-up for the rest of the evening. Allyson Freiermuth led the Golden Knights with 20 points while Korey Bunal scored 15, Jessica Livesey had 11 and Riley  Reinold added 10.
    Lauren Metz led the Golden Bombers with 11 points. Sydney Putnam and Nicole Doolen each added nine.
    Ilion plays at home Friday against Adirondack.

    HAMILTON, N.Y. — Lauren Weeks scored 17 points for Hamilton Tuesday and led the Emerald Knights to a 60-32 win over the Mt. Markham Mustangs.
    Kendall Rusch added 12 points and Sarah Foster scored 10 for the Emerald Knights (7-8, 4-3 CSC-III).
    Morgan Westbrook led the Mustangs (2-12, 2-5 CSC-III) with 11 points.
    Mt. Markham takes on Morrisville-Eaton Friday at home.

    SMITHFIELD, N.Y. — The Cooperstown Redskins remain perfect in Division III of the Center State Conference following a 45-21 win over Morrisville-Eaton Tuesday.
    The Redskins (13-2, 7-0 CSC-II) scored only two points in the second quarter and led by two at halftime before outscoring their hosts 29-7 in the second half.
    Sumer Murdock led Cooperstown with 13 points while Liz Millea had 10.
    Jessie Murray had 12 points to lead Morrisville-Eaton (8-7, 1-6 CSC-III).
