  • In the news: A Chevrolet dealership in Chesapeake, Va., accidentally sold a truck to a customer for $5,600 less than the price should have been and then had the man arrested for theft when he wouldn’t sign a new contract. Danny Sawyer said he bought a black Chevrolet Traverse but changed his mind about the color and the next day traded it for a blue Traverse. The price on the blue version was $5,600 more, however, and when the dealership noticed the problem a week later, demanded that Sawyer sign a new contract. Sawyer refused, and the dealership had him arrested. Sawyer is now suing.
