Explain what you enjoy most about your sport and athletics.
The most enjoyable part of playing a sport is playing in the games. After working hard all week in practice and keeping up on school work, you’re able to just let it all go and play a hard game of football.
What is your most memorable athletic moment?
My most memorable moment was during practice for track and field. I was practicing discus, and as I threw it, the disc hit the pole. As I was walking away the pole started to fall.
Tell us about someone who inspires you in sports and why.
Oscar Pistorius is an inspiring athlete because, even though he was a double amputee at only 11 months old, he persevered to become an Olympic sprinter.
What are your greatest challenges balancing academics and sports?
The greatest challenge in balancing academics and sports is finding the energy to do your work. After spending the day in school then going to practice can ware you down, but you still have to go home and finish (homework).
What are your plans after graduating from high school?
After high school I plan on attending college.
