  • Anna M. Wycinowski, age 100, of Oppenheim, formerly of Fairfield, Conn., beloved wife of Robert F. Wycinowski passed away peacefully Jan. 31, 2013, at the Carolton Cronic & Convalescent Hospital in Fairfield, Conn.
    Born in Waterbury, Conn., she was raised in Fairfield and later moved to Oppenheim. Mrs. Wycinowski was an avid gardener who delighted in spending time in her yard.
    |Survivors include a beloved daughter, June A. Weaver and her husband Bert of Fairfield, Conn.; two cherished grandchildren, Dawna Hohall and her husband, Richard, of Salisbury Center, and Craig R. Weaver, of Fairfield, Conn.: six great grandchildren, Jessica Luquis, of Albany, Joshua Luquis and his wife, Sarah, of Dolgeville, and Brian Luquis, Dustin, Kristin and Kristopher Hohall, all of Salisbury Center; two great-great grandchildren, Natalie and Alice, of Dolgeville. In addition to her loving husband, she was predeceased by her grandson, Rusty Weaver, a brother, John Snapaitis and a sister, Evelyn Lawrence.
    A memorial service will be held on April 27, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the United Lutheran- Presbyterian Parish, Faville Avenue, Dolgeville. Rev. Karen Caspersen will officiate. Internment at Stratford Cemetery at 3 p.m. There will be a reception at the church immediately after the service.
    Arrangements are under the direction of Brian A. Roberts of the Roberts & Enea Funeral Home, 3 Faville Ave., Dolgeville.
