  • Six arrested after drug sale probe

  • The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office charged six people June 27 after executing arrest warrants in various locations across Montgomery County. The arrests were the result of a four-month investigation into drug sales. The sheriff’s department also seized drugs and four vehicles.

  • The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office charged six people June 27 after executing arrest warrants in various locations across Montgomery County. The arrests were the result of a four-month investigation into drug sales. The sheriff’s department also seized drugs and four vehicles.
    The following people were arrested:
    Jesus Santiago, 127 Market St., Amsterdam City, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.
    Dylan A. Countryman, of 6880 State Highway 5S, town of Minden, was charged with criminal sale of marijuana.
    Susan M. Kelly, 5 Douglas St., Fort Plain, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.
    Steven C. Williams, 125 Putnam Road, Sprakers, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.
    Angel Quinones, 163 Market St., Amsterdam City, who was incarcerated in the county jail at the time of the arrest, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.
    Peter J. Marshall, 306 Morrow Road, town of Amsterdam, was charged with conspiracy.
    All are felony charges.
    The investigation is continuing and additional arrests are possible.
