  • Mohawk Valley high schools schedule graduations

  • High school seniors throughout the Mohawk Valley will walk across the stage and be handed their diploma in commencement ceremonies the weekend.

    Weather permitting, some ceremonies will be celebrated outside on the school grounds.

  • High school seniors throughout the Mohawk Valley will walk across the stage and be handed their diploma in commencement ceremonies the weekend.
    Weather permitting, some ceremonies will be celebrated outside on the school grounds.
    There are over 600 members for the class of 2012 in the local school districts.
    The following is the schedule for local graduations:
    •Dolgeville Central School will have its graduation on Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m. in the school’s Sam Camarello Auditorium. About 69 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Frankfort-Schuyler High School will have its graduation on Saturday, June 23, at 9 a.m. at the new high school gym. About 95 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Fort Plain High School will host its graduation on Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m. at Harry Hoag Elementary School in the gymnasium.
    •Herkimer High School will have its graduation on Saturday, June 23, at noon at Myers Park. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place at the Herkimer High School gymnasium. About 90 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Ilion High School will have its graduation on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. About 110 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Little Falls High School will have its graduation on Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m. in the high school auditorium. About 73 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Jarvis High School in Mohawk will have its graduation in the school gymnasium on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m. About 67 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Mount Markham High School in West Winfield will have its graduation in Mustang Stadium, weather permitting, on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m.
    •Oppenheim-Ephratah Central School will have its graduation in the school gymnasium on Saturday, June 23, at 11 a.m. About 34 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Owen D. Young Central School in Van Hornesville will have its graduation for seniors on its front lawn at the school on Sunday, June 24, at 1 p.m. Ten students will be in the graduating class.
    •Poland Central School will have its graduation on Friday, June 22, at 7 p.m. in Trzepacz Gymnasium at the school. About 52 students will be in the graduating class.
    •Richfield Springs Central School will have its graduation in its gymnasium on Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m. About 46 students will be in the graduating class.
    •St. Johnsville Central School will have its graduation on Sunday, June 24, at 1 p.m. in the high school auditorium. There are 28 students in the graduating class.
    •West Canada Valley Central School in Newport will have its graduation in the high school auditorium on Saturday, June 23, at 10 a.m.
