    The Boy Scouts of America on Tuesday announced it will be upholding its ban on gays. The ruling came after a two-year review by an 11-member committee. “This policy is absolutely the best policy for the Boy Scouts," Boy Scout spokesman Deron Smith told The Associated Press.
