  • Zachary Thomas Brisbane, 18, of 199 Timmerman Road, Little Falls (Town of Manheim), died unexpectedly, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident earlier in the day.

  • Zachary Thomas Brisbane, 18, of 199 Timmerman Road, Little Falls (Town of Manheim), died unexpectedly, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident earlier in the day.
    Zachary was born in Little Falls on April 4, 1994, the son of Kenneth and Katherine (Dygert) Swart, and was a student at Little Falls High School.
    Zack was a member of the Little Falls football team, also played volleyball and participated in track. He especially enjoyed hunting and fishing and was returning from turkey hunting when the accident occurred.
    He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Katherine; a son, Zachary Thomas Brisbane, Jr.; his brothers, Jacob Swart and Kenneth Swart, III; a sister, Rebecca Swart; his grandparents, Alvin and Robin Montana, of Little Falls, Terry and Jeanie Dygert, Charlene Vogt and Donna Vogt; his great-grandfather, Charles Dygert; a great-grandmother, Irma Service; a great-great-grandmother, Viola Johnson; his soulmate, Sammy Cook; and several uncles, aunts and cousins. He was predeceased by a sister, Kaitlyn, in August 1999.
    Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012, at 11 AM at the Enea Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe Street, Little Falls, NY. Burial will be in the West St. Johnsville Cemetery following the service. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
