    Jordan Yaworski scored 16 points for West Canada Valley Saturday as the Indians defeated the Poland Tornadoes for the second time this season.
    The Indians, who opened their season with a 55-54 come-from-behind victory against their Kuyahoora Valley neighbors at home Nov. 30, won 62-44 on the road in Saturday’s rematch.
    Bobby Davenport and Josh Sudakow scored 10 points each for West Canada Valley (8-3) and Ryan Grogan, Jack Minasi and Mike Sternberg each chipped in with seven.
    Ross Agen had 12 points and 17 rebounds for Poland (5-6). Dustin DuBrule added 11 points and Mark Hennings scored 10.
    West Canada Valley travels to Oriskany for its next game Wednesday. Poland is home Friday for a game against Rome Catholic.

    MAYFIELD 64, ST. JOHNSVILLE 46
    MAYFIELD, N.Y. — The Mayfield Panthers defeated St. Johnsville 64-46 Saturday in a game that had been postponed due to icy roads the night before.
    The Panthers (6-5, 4-4 WAC North) beat the Saints 10-8 in a three-point shootout and outscored St. Johnsville (4-5, 3-4 WAC North) 22-8 in the third quarter to open a 20-point lead.
    Dylan Toscano had five of the Mayfield three-pointers and led the Panthers with a season-high 29 points; he had scored 26 in a 63-54 win at St. Johnsville in December. Ryan Hennessy added 14 points and 18 rebounds.
    Alex Hart led St. Johnsville with 17 points. Dylan Klock added 12 points and Johnny Vicciarelli had nine on three three-pointers.
    The Saints play the first of four consecutive home games Tuesday against Northville.
