    October 15
    •Dallas B. Eller III, 27, of 168 Furnace St., Apt. B, Little Falls, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana at 8:46 p.m. on West Main Street. According to police, Eller was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and a marijuana pipe containing marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Little Falls City Court on Nov. 9.
    October 17
    •Taylor H. Polivka, 23, of 23 1/2 Cramer Lane, Dolgeville, was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with no or expired insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with improper plates and operating a motor vehicle at a speed not reasonable and prudent at 1:03 a.m. on Route 167 North. According to police, Polivka was originally stopped for speeding and was released on tickets returnable in city court on Oct. 26.
    •Michelle M. Miller, 37, of 7 Garner St., Cohoes, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol at 3:38 a.m. on State Route 5. According to police, Miller was stopped for speeding and was issued tickets returnable in city court on Nov. 16.
    St. Johnsville Police
    October 16
    •Daniel J. Debell, 21, of 6 Church St., St. Johnsville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration in excess of .08 of one percent and several vehicle and traffic charges at 11:53 p.m. on West Main Street. According to police, Debell was arrested after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations. He was released on an appearance tickets returnable in St. Johnsville Village Court at a later date.
