Dolgeville, N.Y. —
Dolgeville police arrested a Dolgeville man on drug charges on Sept. 20 at 4:30 p.m.
Kevin A. DeLuca, 57, of 18 Beaver St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis without a license, police said.
Police said they found DeLuca to be growing marijuana and in possession of a quantity of marijuana after a search warrant was executed at his residence by Dolgeville and state police.
DeLuca was ticketed and released, police said.. He is due in Manheim Town Court at a later date.
