The Little Falls Police Department arrested two men in connection with a residential burglary that occurred on Jan. 14, 2012.
Brian M. Leuenburger, 28, of 103 Taft Ave., Utica, was arrested on Nov. 7 and charged with one count of second-degree burglary, three counts of fourth-degree grand larceny and one count of third-degree grand larceny. All of the charges are felonies, police said.
Richard M. Grower, 25, of 218 Loomis St., Little Falls, was arrested on Nov. 14 and charged with one count of second-degree burglary and one count of fourth-degree conspiracy. Both charges are felonies, police said.
Leuenburger and Grower were arraigned before Judge Mark Rose in Little Falls City Court where Leuenburger was turned back over to the state Department of Corrections as he is serving a sentence on an unrelated matter, police said. Grower was released on his own recognizance, police said. Leuenburger and Grower are scheduled to reappear in city court at a later date.
Officer Richard Rivenburg was assigned to the investigation and made the arrests.
