Dolgeville, N.Y. —
A naked man believed to be under the influence of drugs was taken into custody earlier this month outside the Dolgeville Post Office, village police said.
The unidentified 34-year-old was taken into custody on Nov. 5 after a brief struggle with police and taken to Little Falls Hospital, where illegal substances allegedly were found in his system, police said.
He was charged under the state mental health law, police said.
