Top seed Monroe Community College won Region III's 2011 women's lacrosse championship with a 13-10 victory over Onondaga Community College Sunday at Wehrum Stadium.
Allyn Parrino, the regional tournament's most valuable player, scored three goials for the Tribunes. Mara Mason also had a hat trick. Goalie Milloie Zimmerman made seven saves.
