Alexis Fauvelle scored four minutes into the second half Friday and the West Canada Valley Indians defeated Herkimer 1-0 to keep their record perfect in Division II of the Center State Conference.
Shania McEvoy led Fauvelle with a pass from midfield and the senior looped a shot over the head of Herkimer goalkeeper Chelsea Jory.
Jory made 15 saves for the Magicians (5-5-2, 3-4-1 CSC-II) while Courtney Phillips made seven for the Indians (11-2-0, 8-0-0 CSC-II).
