COOPERSTOWN, N.Y. — Tom Redding shot par at the Leatherstocking Golf Course Thursday and led the Cooperstown Redskins to a 163-187 victory over the Little Falls Mounties.
Redding was the medalist with his 36 while playing partner Pat Horrigan shot a 39 for the Redskins.
Josh Delaney’s 44 was the low round for the Mounties with Corey Day one stroke back at 45. Freshmen Nate Sweet and Chad Golas had matching 49s to complete the four-man scoring. Nick Regan shot 52 and Bryce Salamone came in at 53.
The Mounties’ next match is Monday at home against Mt. Markham.
