Explain what you enjoy most about your sport and athletics.
Ice cream sundaes in Walmart parking lot, breaking Mary Casillo’s swing, frosty-eating contests — all the memories made with my teams. Sports connect you with so many people you wouldn’t regularly get to hang out with and it’s the best feeling to win with a group of girls you love.

What is your most memorable athletic moment?
It sounds vain, but any goal I’ve scored or kill I’ve had in volleyball. It’s like all that hard work paid off in that tiny moment of glory.

Tell us about someone who inspires you in sports and why.
My big brother, Dylan Krowicki. He always gave me an almost impossible standard to live up to but showed me how giving up can’t be an option. The same can be said for my little sister (Laura) who never failed to tell me everything I was doing wrong.

What are your greatest challenges balancing academics and sports?
I think doing three sports actually pushed me to do better with my grades. I’m not always the most serious of people — I like to have fun, so getting focused can be a struggle for me sometimes. But being in sports put my priorities in order of getting good grades first so I can go an play the sports I love.

What are your plans after graduating from high school?
Truthfully, I’m still figuring out exactly which college I want to attend, but my dream is to be a physiatrist. I’d also love to play volleyball or soccer in college.
