German Flatts Town Park

Rainy weather didn’t keep a crowd from gathering at the German Flatts Town Park Friday evening to gather in the brightly lighted gazebo and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Friends of the Town Park had decorated the gazebo in preparation for the event and served cookies and hot chocolate to visitors. Santa arrived on a fire truck to lead a sing-along, visit with children and hand out presents, with the help of Mrs. Claus. As for the rain — “It’s great weather for ducks and Santa,” commented German Flatts Town Supervisor Frank Spatto.
