ST. JOHNSVILLE, N.Y. —
Barbara A. (Lull) McClelland, 80 a long time St. Johnsville resident passed away on Friday December 28, 2012, with her loving family by her side.
She was born November 18, 1932 in Little Falls the daughter of the late C. Curtis and Laura (Persons) Lull. Barbara was educated in St. Johnsville schools.
Her marriage to William J. McClelland took place on June 10, 1978, at the St. Johnsville United Methodist Church. The couple shared a blessed union of 34 years until the passing of Bill on May 24, 2012.
Barb along with her husband Bill owned the former Bill’s Luncheonette and the Van Wie Restaurant. At one time she was an aid for the Little Falls Fonda Bus Company in St. Johnsville, NY.
Survivors include a daughter, Lorraine Sommer, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; four sons, Robert Simonelli, of California, Stephen Simonelli, of St. Johnsville, Michael Simonelli, of Little Falls and Matthew Simonelli, of Dolgeville; a brother, Jack Lull, of St. Johnsville; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Lull, of St. Johnsville; 16 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Barbara’s wishes funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Vincent A. Enea Funeral Service, 20 Bridge St., St. Johnsville, NY. 518-568-7040. All memorial contributions for Barbara can be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas Texas, 75231.
