Mrs. Blanche Zelinski, 89, of Cross St., passed away on December 29, 2012, at St. Johnsville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center.

She was born on February 27, 1923, in Little Falls, daughter of the late Milford and Hazel (Barnes) Oathout. On June 20, 1942 she was united in marriage with Felix Zelinski. Their loving union lasted over 54 years until his passing on June 17, 1997.

Survivors include her beloved son, Peter, of St. Johnsville; her sister in law Patricia Oathout; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Harry and Milford Oathout.

In keeping with Blanche’s wishes there are no calling hours. A graveside service will take place in the spring of 2013 at Inghams Mills Cemetery where she will be laid to rest alongside her husband.
