Roger A. Shibley, 64, of W. Shore Street, Little Falls passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at his residence.

He was born on August 29, 1948 in Little Falls, the son of the late Howard and Laura (Belcher) Shibley.  He was a graduate of Stratford High School. He attended the Curtiss Corners Stone Chapel in the town of Salisbury. Mr. Shibley was employed for many years as the food service supervisor for the HMS Host Co., on the NYS Thruway at Indian Castle.

He is survived by his brothers, David Shibley and his wife Winnie, Dolgeville and Stephen and his companion Deb, St. Johnsville; his sister, Susan Hicks and her husband Larry, Fonda; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Paul Shibley in 1982 and Gary Shibley in 2009; and by his sisters, Mary Countryman in 2005 and Carole Turturo in 2010.

Graveside memorial services will be held at Salisbury Rural Cemetery Town of Salisbury at a time and date to be announced in the spring.

Arrangements are by the Chapman-Moser Funeral Home, Inc., 42 N. Ann Street, Little Falls.

It is the wish of the family that contributions in memory of Mr. Shibley be considered to HALO, 72 N. Ann Street, Little Falls, NY 13365. Envelopes are also available at the funeral home for this purpose.
