Kim Kardashian has asked the court to speed up proceedings in her divorce for the sake of her unborn child, Yahoo News reports. Kardashian is still legally married to basketball player Kris Humphries but is pregnant by rapper Kanye West. Kardashian was treated for pain earlier this week, which her physician attributed to stress.

Humphries is asking the court to annul the marriage on the basis of fraud, a claim Kardashian denies. Humphires' lawyer has filed a response to Kardashian's request stating that they should not have to move proceedings up to before the end of Humphries' basketball season just because of Kardashian's "apparently unplanned pregnancy" by another man.

On TV

"Community" finally returns tonight, and it seems to be making up for lost time. Abed is stressed about the group graduating at the end of the year, and he looks to Britta for help. This episode also includes a "Hunger Games"-style seat assignment method, led by Dean Pelton. While this will undoubtedly be amazing, one can only hope this isn't meant to replace a paintball episode this season. NBC 8 p.m. EST.
