A Stratford man was arrested for petit larceny and filing a false written statement on Feb. 22 at 8:55 p.m. at the Dolgeville police station.
Police said Cole J. Metot, also known as Cole Lincourt, 21, of 359 Hadcock Rd., was arrested for his alleged involvement in stealing signs from Dopps Inn on South Main Street, Dolgeville, and for filing a false written statement during the investigation.
Metot was released on an appearance ticket returnable in Manheim Town Court at a later date.
