A 42-year-old Little Falls man has been arrested for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Kevin L. Taylor, of 15 Jackson St., has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, as according to Little Falls police, he allegedly had possession of sexually explicit material involving a female minor.
Police said he used the material for his personal sexual gratification.
Taylor was arraigned before Little Falls City Court Judge Mark Rose and was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bail bond.
The arrest stems from an investigation that involved Little Falls police, Ilion police, the Herkimer County Child Advocacy Center and the Herkimer County District Attorney’s Office.
Taylor is scheduled to appear in court on July 15.
