An unidentified Dolgeville teen faces multiple charges after allegedly selling marijuana to other minors, village police said.
The 15-year-old, whose name was not released due to her age, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, seven counts of first-degree unlawfully dealing with a child and nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
The teen allegedly provided alcohol to other children ranging in age from 11 to 15 and gave marijuana to a person younger than 16, police said. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before Herkimer County Probation at a later date, police said.
