The village of St. Johnsville was full of activity this past weekend, as the St. Johnsville Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Springfest. Among the events was the third annual parade held Saturday afternoon. Residents and visitors of all ages lined Main Street as the St. Johnsville High School Band, state and local dignitaries, floats, pageant queens and fire engines made their way to Soldiers and Sailors Park. Other Springfest events included the inaugural Soap Box Derby, a bathtub race and the Towpath Run.
