An Ilion man has been accused of breaking into the Ilion Marine Corps League Wednesday, village police said.
Richard Morgan, 30, of North Fourth Avenue, was charged with felony third-degree burglary, felony third-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor petit larceny, police said.
Morgan was arraigned and remanded to the Herkimer County jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond.
