The Little Falls Firemen’s Association received support from Little Falls VFW Post No. 4612 in its effort to put together care packages for military personnel serving overseas and stateside. The VFW Post made a donation to the local effort Thursday, and urged Little Falls families with anyone serving in the military to register for the program. The association previously sent care packages to four servicemen serving in Afghanistan and Iraq, and decided to include military personnel serving at home for the second effort.
