Ilion, N.Y. —
An Ilion man was arrested Tuesday on charges that included second-degree criminal contempt, a Class A misdemeanor, according to Ilion police.
Joshua Mead, 23, of 203 Second St., was also charged with second-degree harassment after he allegedly violated a court order restricting him from having any contact with another individual.
Mead was arraigned in Ilion Village Court and committed to the Herkimer County jail in lieu of $1,000 bail. He is scheduled to reappear in village court on March 28 at 5 p.m.
