•John J. Stanley III, 26, of 114 S. Washington St., Herkimer, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. The charges stem from an incident which took place during the early morning hours of April 5, during a fight where another male was stabbed in the abdomen. He was arraigned before Ilion Village Justice Gary Norman and remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,00 cash bail or $30,000 bail bond to reappear for further proceedings on April 22.

•Robert P. Warner, 45, of 1285 Old Trail Rd., Johnstown, and Toni Ferguson, 25, of 7 School St., Johnstown, were arrested after a complaint from Mohawk Town Court that they were in violation of village code by possessing or consuming an alcoholic beverage in the parking lot. Warner was additionally charged with public lewdness after he was observed urinating on a vehicle in the parking lot of the court. Ferguson was issued an appearance ticket and Warner was arraigned at Mohawk Town Court and remanded to jail on $500 cash or $1,000 bail bond.
