•At 2:02 a.m., Ambulance 600 was sent to a city residence but the patient refused transport.
•At 5:51 a.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in Herkimer.
•At 11:15 p.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient from Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in Herkimer to Van Allen Nursing Home.
•At 12:05 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to a Utica residence.
•At 1:17 p.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient to Van Allen Nursing Home.
