A 60-year-old man has been accused of punching a Little Falls police officer in the face.
Harold Leon Moore, Jr., of 9 Carpenter St., Apt. No. 2, Gloversville, was charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest and second-degree harassment, a violation, Little Falls police said.
The incident took place on East Gansevoort Street at 12:34 a.m. on Jan. 26.
Moore was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Little Falls City Court at a later date.
Details of the incident were not immediately available.
