Dolgeville Police

•Valentin V. Goncharenko, 46, of 292 Hopson Rd., Dolgeville, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a rear bumper, operating a motor vehicle with an inadequate muffler, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with switched license plates, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating an uninspected motor vehicle. He was arraigned in Manheim Town Court and was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond.
Ilion Police

•Raymond Kasirye, 32, of 301 Elizabeth St., Utica, was arrested on an Ilion Village Court issued warrant for endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years of age. Kasirye was arraigned before Judge Donald Pearson and was released to appear in village court at a later date.
Fulton County Sheriff’s Office

•The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office arrested two individuals as a result of a county-wide underage alcohol sting. Sheriff Thomas J. Lorey said undercover deputies checked several establishments throughout the county for the compliance of state regulations associated with selling alcoholic beverages. During the sting, deputies arrested Danyelle M. Demming, age 25, of Northville, and charged her with unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages to a person under 21. Demming was allegedly observed selling alcohol to a minor while employed at the Grand Union store in the village of Northville. Demming was issued an appearance ticket and is set to appear in Northville Village Court on June 26. Also charged with unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 was Sarah L. Feerick, age 18, of Mayfield. Deputies reported observing Feerick sell alcohol to a minor while working at the Fuel and Food store in the town of Mayfield. Feerick was issued an appearance ticket and is set to appear in Mayfield Town Court on June 10. Lorey said the sting was conducted as a result of a grant provided to his department by the Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention Partners of Fulton County.
