Little Falls Police
April 3
•Albert H. Raux, 48, of 7 King St., Little Falls, was arrested at home on a misdemeanor bench warrant issued by Little Falls City Court. He was arraigned before Judge Bart Carrig and was released to reappear in court today.
April 10
•Daniel Ernest Dewitt, 24, of 10 Prospect St., Little Falls, was arrested at the police department and charged with one count of third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an investigation conducted by Officer Justin Dibble into a complaint that he physically attacked another person, causing injury. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Little Falls City Court on Tuesday, April 29, at 10 a.m.
April 11
•Leonard A. Seamon, 40, of 611 Albany St., Little Falls, was arrested for one count of endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years of age, a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an investigation which determined that he and another person acted in a manner likely to be injurious to the physical or moral welfare of a child less than 17 years of age by smoking marijuana in front of the minor. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Little Falls City Court on Tuesday, May 6, at 10 a.m.
Ilion Police
April 11
•Eugene L. Goff, 39, of 43 W. North St., Apt. 1, Ilion, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, following a complaint that he had used a vehicle belonging to another person without their permission. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Ilion Village Court.
April 12
•David Annatone, 25, of 190 John St., Apt. 2, Ilion, was arrested on two counts of criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor, and harassment, a violation. He was arranged in front of Justice Gary Norman and was committed to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond.
April 13
•Daniel J. Murray, 45, of 220 Race St., Ilion, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, driving over a hazard marking and failure to submit a breath screening test. He was remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail and $1,000 bail bond after he was arraigned by Judge Gary Norman. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 22 at 4 p.m.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
April 12
•Russell E. Dillenbeck, 26, 245 Donato Rd., Canajoharie, was arrested by deputies following a domestic incident in the town of Root. Based on information obtained from an interview with a female companion, Dillenbeck was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. He is accused of contacting the female via telephone despite an order of protection being in place. He was arraigned in Root Town Court and was remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail. He was scheduled to re-appear in court yesterday to answer the charges.
April 13
•Marcellus Luck, 32, of 5473 Crooked St., Broadalbin, was arrested by deputies following a traffic stop in the village of Hagaman, where it was learned that Luck was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusal to submit a chemical test. He was arraigned in Amsterdam Town Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
Dolgeville Fire Department
April 14
•At 8:59 a.m., Dolgeville firemen were dispatched to a lift assist on Stewart Street in the village. The firemen were back in service at 9:06 a.m.
