April 19
•An 18-year-old Dolgeville resident was arrested on North Main Street at 2:23 a.m. for driving while intoxicated. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to Manheim Town Court at a later date.
April 21
•Stacey Muniz, 38, of 7 Slawson St., Dolgeville, was arrested at 41 N. Main St. for endangering the welfare of a child after she allegedly left an eight-year-old unattended. She was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Manheim Town Court at a later date.
•Russel D. Shaut, 22, of 14 Wolf St., Dolgeville, was arrested for petit larceny after he allegedly stole medication from a relative. He was released on an appearance tickets returnable to Manheim Town Court at a later date.
Ilion Police
April 22
•Steven J. McCauley, 20, of West Clark Street, Ilion, as arrested after a complaint that he made a phone call that served no legitimate purpose. He was charged with aggravated harassment and issued an appearance ticket to return to village court on Thursday, April 24.
•David Richardson, 46, of 267 Oregon Rd., Mohawk, was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned before Judge Gary Norman and released to a third party. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, April 29, at 4 p.m.

April 19
•At 11:25 a.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare Clinic in Herkimer.
•At 3:47 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from the Little Falls Police Department to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica.
•At 4:35 p.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient to Van Allen Nursing Home.
•At 5:08 p.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient to Little Falls Hospital.
April 20
•At 10:42 a.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient to a city residence.
•At 2:09 p.m., Car 2 responded to a report of wires down on State Route 5S. National Grid was called and the scene was turned over to them.
•At 5:14 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient to Little Falls Hospital.
•At 10:50 p.m., Engine 112 responded to a report of a smoke smell on the third floor of the Little Falls Hospital. The police department was on scene, and an investigation revealed that there was no danger. The scene was turned over to maintenance at Little Falls Hospital.
•At 11:08 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to Little Falls Hospital.
April 21
•At 1:52 a.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to Little Falls Hospital.
•At 3:50 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient to Little Falls Hospital.
•At 11:25 p.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient to Little Falls Hospital.
April 22
•At 2:45 a.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from the village of Dolgeville to Little Falls Hospital.
•At 10 a.m., Engine 112 and Truck 400 responded to Little Falls Middle School and High School to respond to a faulty smoke detector. There was no cause for alarm.
•At 10:20 a.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient from Van Allen Nursing Home to St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
•At 11:20 a.m., Ambulance 601 transported a patient from Van Allen nursing home to Little Falls Hospital.
•At 11:38 a.m., Ambulance 600 transported a patient from St. Elizabeth Medical Center to Van Allen Nursing Home.
