April 1
•Mark A. Denmark, 21, of Dolgeville, was arrested at a local bar on one count of second-degree gang assault. He was arraigned and released on $3,500 cash bail to appear in Ilion Village Court at a later date. Dolgeville police assisted Ilion police in the case.
April 2
•A 16-year-old female was arrested and charged with third-degree menacing. She was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in Ilion Village Court at a later date.
April 3
•Kristina Murphy, 17, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Ilion Village Court at a later date.

March 19
•Linda Alvarez, 24, of 1344 Main St., Amsterdam, was arrested at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on a bench warrant from the town of St. Johnsville. She was arraigned in Palatine Town Court and remanded back to the jail on $150 bail. She is scheduled to return to St. Johnsville Town Court at a later date.
April 2
•Riccie R. Willman, 35, of 58 Milton Ave., Amsterdam, and Andre Cruz, 34, of 11 Williams St., Amsterdam, were arrested after a complaint of shoplifting at Wal-Mart in the town of Amsterdam. Deputies responded to a complaint and took the male and female into custody. During the arrest, the female was found to be in possession of a crack pipe and was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance along with petit larceny. The male was also charged with petit larceny. Both were arraigned in Mohawk Town Court and remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in lieu of Willman’s $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond, and Cruiz’s $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. They are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, April 17, to answer the charges.
April 3
•JerryAnn Mandle, 43, of 249 Moyer St., Canajoharie, was arrested by deputies after a traffic stop in the town of Glenn. They observed a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado run a stop sign and then commit several traffic offenses. The operator was tested and found to be intoxicated. Mandle was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than .08 percent, failure to stop at a stop sign, unsafe starting, driving across hazardous markings and failure to keep right. She was transported to the sheriff’s office, processed, and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, April 24.
