An Ilion man was charged with felony criminal mischief Wednesday after allegedly intentionally ramming his vehicle into another car that was occupied at the time, Ilion police said.
Joshua Doxtater, 21, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief. After arraignment, he was sent to Herkimer County jail in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bail bond, police said.
