Dolgeville, N.Y. —
A Stratford man arrested in Dolgeville Thursday is accused of having sexual contact with a 14-year-old, village police said.
Darrin Jodway, 21, allegedly provided alcohol to two underage girls – one 14 and one 20 – and then had sexual contact with the 14-year-old while she was highly intoxicated, police said.
Jodway is charged with first-degree sexual abuse, two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, police said. He was arraigned in Manheim Town Court and sent to Herkimer County jail in lieu of bail.
