Little Falls Police
March 27
•Daniel Ray Callahan, 24, of 631 E. Monroe St., Little Falls, was arrested at home for endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment, stemming from a physical domestic incident that involved a child. Callhan was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Little Falls City Court at a later date.
March 31
•Robin Ann Grant, 46, of 71 Moreland St., Little Falls, was arrested at home following a physical domestic incident that occurred there. She was charged with one count of second-degree harassment. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in city court on Tuesday, April 15, at 10 a.m.
April 1
•An 11-year-old juvenile from Little Falls was arrested at the police station for third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a class A misdemeanor. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that happened at Benton Hall Academy. The child was released to a parent and will appear at the Herkimer County Probation Department at a later date.
St. Johnsville Police
March 28
•Cortney K. Campione, 22, of 3412 State Route 12, Little Falls, was charged with consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle on Bridge Street at 11:04 p.m. after police discovered she had an open container of alcohol in the car in which she was a passenger. The vehicle had been stopped for a traffic infraction. She was given an appearance ticket to return to village court at a later date.
March 30
•Patrick J. Burdick, 20, and Mandy M. Pomatto, 19, both of 55 W. Main St., Apt. 1, St. Johnsville, were arrested at 1:02 a.m. and charged with second-degree harassment as a result of a police complaint filed by a village resident. Burdick and Pomatto were issued appearance tickets returnable to village court at a later date.
Ilion Police
March 30
•Susan M. Frezza, 38, of 108 W. Orchard St., Frankfort, was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a blood alcohol content greater than .18 percent. She was issued appearance tickets and released to a third party.
April 1
•Alexander X. Bello, 26, of 337 Reese Rd., Frankfort, was arrested on a warrant issued by village court for aggravated harassment. The charge was a second-degree one, a class A misdemeanor. Bello was arraigned in Frankfort Town Court by the Honorable Frank Madia and released. He was ordered to appear in Ilion Village Court on Tuesday, April 8, for further proceedings.
•Arthur A. Cranney Jr., 21, of 19 James St., Ilion, was arrested and charged with forcible touching of another and endangering the welfare of a child. The arrest stems from a complaint that Cranney intentionally and forcibly touched the intimate and sexual parts of another. He was arraigned before the Honorable Frank Madia and released on his own recognizance to return to Ilion Village Court at a later date.
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office
April 3
•Douglas T. Pitts, 858 Adams St., Rotterdam, was arrested by deputies following a traffic stop in the town of Palatine. He was initially stopped for crossing a hazardous marking, however, subsequent to an interview and a search of his vehicle, it was revealed that he was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a small glass pipe. He was issued a uniform traffic ticket for crossing a hazardous marking and an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance. Pitts is scheduled to reappear in Palatine Town Court on Monday, April 28, to answer the charges.
