HERKIMER — The Herkimer County Historical Society is featuring a new book in its gift shop, the first ever book written about Margaret Tuger, a well-known Herkimer figure.William Rosenfeld of Clinton has written this book in tribute to his former teacher and principal, and will be at the Herkimer County Historical Society at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 12, to talk about Tuger and sign copies of his new book.
