Bessie Lawrence, Justin Johnson to wed in August

Mr. and Mrs. William Lawrence of Herkimer announce the engagement of their daughter, Bessie Lawrence, of Herkimer, to Justin Johnson, of Little Falls.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Herkimer High School and a graduate of Herkimer County Community College with a degree in liberal arts and science. She is currently employed with Walt-Mart in Herkimer as a cake decorator.
Her fiancé is the son of Brenda Johnson, of Mohawk, and Jack Johnson, of Dolgeville. He is a graduate of Little Falls High School and is employed with the New York State Thruway Authority and with Jim Bonnell Trucking, Inc. of Little Falls.
An August 23, 2008, wedding is planned.
