Class of 2009 celebrates graduation day

THE OPPENHEIM-EPRATAH CENTRAL SCHOOL Class of 2009, led by Lindsey Montana, march from the school for Saturday’s commencement ceremony. The ceremony was held beneath a tent behind the school, as the members of the senior class, their family members and their friends did not let the rain and wind dampen their celebration.

Little Falls, N.Y. -

Area high schools held their annual commencement exercises this past weekend.
A rite of passage signifying that students have completed their studies and are ready to take on the world, family and friends gathered at schools across the Mohawk Valley to watch the members of the Class of 2009 walk across the stage to receive their diplomas.
