just a little something to add to the previous pizza entry …
how about saving the pizza for dessert?
take that same recipe … skip the potatoes … bake the dough as written making sure to brush on the olive oil so it doesn’t burn … while it bakes, slice some fresh peaches thinly … when the pizza is ready, quickly top the dough with the peaches overlapping … then sprinkle with goat cheese and some chopped fresh basil or mint leaves or both … and there it is dessert! not too sweet and sugary … and easy like cooking is supposed to be!
