My apartment floor has taken a beating over the last few months. Dirt, sand and salt tracked in from the street and my active cat have done a number on the wood - scuffs everywhere.
Worried that I'd have to call up a Brooklyn flooring contractor to fix this mess, I took to the internet to look up alternatives.
Instructables member wilgubeast has saved the day with a simple tip that makes cleaning up scuffs a breeze. Just take a tennis ball, attach it to the end of a stick and rub it over the scuffs. The ball acts like an eraser, but isn't abrasive enough to leave any marks.
