Plumbing drips and leaks can be costly in more ways than you may want to imagine. I learned the hard way two years ago when I was assuming moisture under my kitchen sink was from recyclables after they had been washed out. By the time I figured out I was wrong, it was a much bigger job to fix. Leaks can lead to the breakdown of your cabinetry and attract pests as the wood begins to rot.
