Wednesday November 7th is National Eat Healthy Day (NEHD). This initiative, the brainchild of the American Heart Association, is primarily focused on good nutrition choices and enlisting the support of business .
The website offers some pretty cool tools including:
Finding walking trails that are within your zip code; I thought this is a great asset if you are out of town and want to find a place to walk/ run.
You can create your own walking paths and track your exercise and nutritional progress.
Very nice tips on stress reduction and who doesn’t need that!
Literally hundreds of ‘body friendly’ recipes that actually look good to eat.
Hey, if you aren’t going to take care of yourself no one else will! We are heading into a time (Thanksgiving through the Holiday Season) when we can suffer from calorie overload- prepare now.
