If CNN had only monitored the coverage on SCOTUSblog, as I and countless others did, it would not have messed up its report on this matter.
The rush to be first resulted in CNN ending up with egg on its face.
This video shows that it was 10:15 a.m. (Eastern Time) when CNN finally reported that “the entire law has been upheld.”
I learned the same thing more than a minute earlier, and it took me two minutes to write a blog post that was published at 10:16 a.m. (Eastern Time).
