    Reports today out of Singapore say that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un had his uncle executed by feeding him alive to starving dogs. The execution initially caused an uproar for its senselessness, but now reports say Jang Song Thaek died in a horrible manner. The Straits Times of Singapore said, “Then 120 hounds, starved for three days, were allowed to prey on them until they were completely eaten up. This is called ‘quan jue,’ or 'execution by dogs.'”

    There’s only one movie opening in wide release today: “Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones.” It’s rated R and clocks in at only 84 minutes, so if it ‘s not good, at least it will be over quickly.
