I suppose the first good piece of news of the year is that a PLO terrorist has blown himself up in Prague, and the PLO is rushing to find an explanation of why and how it happens. But in the glow of John Kerry’s latest “peace initiative” toward the PLO the media seems to be missing the significance of the blast in Prague. For years, Israel has been warning the United States and Europe that in granting “diplomatic” status to the PLO, these same entities were allowing the PLO and its terrorist allies to create dangerous pipelines for terrorist materials into Europe through the granting of diplomatic immunity. Truth to be told, the PLO and its allies are probably using diplomatic immunity to bring materials into Europe for use against Israeli and American targets in Europe. This is why the PLO has been scrambling to tell the world that the explosive was part of a “security” feature of a safe, or that its presence in Prague was 20 years old–predating PLO diplomatic immunity. This story needs immediate attention and investigation, and the United States should halt any further contact with the PLO, and any further pressure on Israel to make “peace” with terrorists until real answers about this episode are forthcoming.
