UTICA — The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce announced the 2014 officers of the board of directors.
The officers were elected at the Chamber’s Board of Directors meeting on Dec. 10. Serving for one year terms commencing Jan. 1, 2014, on the board of directors are Chairman John F. Kenealy, First Vice Chair Scott K. Williams, Second Vice Chair Michael B. Morrill, Treasurer Cathy Cucharale, Assistant Treasurer Brian R. Loughlin and Secretary Thomas G. Bashant.
Kenealy is a partner with the law firm of Helmer Johnson Misiaszek & Kenealy. Along with his private practice of law, he is the attorney for the town of Schuyler, the village of West Winfield and the Floyd Fire District.
Kenealy is also a part-time instructor of business law at the Utica School of Commerce. He is a member of the board of directors of the Utica Industrial Development Corporation and Mohawk Valley EDGE.
He is a member of the Oneida County Bar Association and a member of the New York State Bar Association. He lives in Whitestown with his wife Debbie and daughter Shaeleigh.
Williams is the executive vice president of student affairs at Utica School of Commerce. Morrill is the president and owner of Total Solutions. Cucharale is vice president of operations at M. Griffith Investment Services. Loughlin is executive vice president at Bank of Utica. Bashant is president of MSi Molding Solutions.
